Is It Creepy To Go To A Bar By Yourself?

I have gone to bars a lot by myself when I was younger... nothing creepy about it... but now going by myself is just kind of boring

..unless I am given a REASON to think that.

I only go to other bars that I already know,let alone I know the owners of the ones I do go too,and I prefer to go by myself.

I feel wierd doing it...I try to be all hip like Samantha on Sex and the City but I just can't pull it off. I don't hide my emotions well.

Usually try thus to wait until friends are going....however most of my buds are not into the same music as me.

I usually only feel wierd going to Techno type places as everyone is sooo young.....I love the music and love to dance but feel like I must look like a perverted ol lady after the 20 something guys....I just want to dance.

I don't see why that should stop you. Not only do you (blatant compliment ahead) look good for any age bracket, but there are a number of older people who still go out on occasion. There's nothing wrong with it, in my book.

Hey I have a question,

Most of my friends don't go out much, and those that do don't tend to like to go to 'goth' type bars. So this always leaves me scrambling to get a group together to go out on the rare weekend I have off.

So here is the question:

Is it ok to for a guy go to the bar alone?

I know there is always the memorable or exception case where one person (stalker-type) is hovering around. What I'm asking here is if you see someone alone, does that instantly equivicate to 'creep'.

Dude I went to the bar alone for like 10 years till I found some friends to go and trust me I fucking ALWAYS found a girl there. Thats just me, but I used to take alot of LSD I don't anymore I just take vicodin now and not that much and don't drink like I used to, but even the last time I went to city I picked up a girl and shes on my myspace top 8 now named the beast and we talk every day now, but I'm going out with this girl Janine now things didn't work out between me and Tara she has to move out of state cuz the dads parents are trying to get weekends with her kid and she dont want that. So thats her journey I guess I'm not leaving my family or friends too bad so sad but fuk it at least janine has tits.
