Rayne Posted October 6, 2007 Posted October 6, 2007 A Sheltie/Beagle/Border Collie named Roscoe (He's about 6 years old now), he used to be my neighbours dog when I lived in Garden City - but they asked me to take him when I moved out here 2 years ago. And my Chihuahua puppy (almost 8 months now) named Nezumi - which is Japanese for mouse. We all just call him Zoomy. It fits.

CandyQuackenbush Posted October 6, 2007 Posted October 6, 2007 I've got an English Springer Spaniel named Molly. She is the "field breed" which means that she has spots on her so that she can blend in. I took this about 3 years ago when I was actually home for Christmas. I threw some snow on her and she just stood there. "Show Breeds" are what you see at the dog shows with no spots and full colour. Heres a Show breed I found on google... see the difference?
Winter Steele Posted October 6, 2007 Posted October 6, 2007 I have three cats one black cat Georgette 7yrs, Nemo a rare Siamese torte point 3 yrs, and her daughter Shadow1.5yrs, who looks almost exactly like her and 55 gal. tank full of Japanese coy fish and gold fish .
Fierce Critter Posted October 7, 2007 Posted October 7, 2007 I've got an English Springer Spaniel named Molly. She is the "field breed" which means that she has spots on her so that she can blend in. "Show Breeds" are what you see at the dog shows with no spots and full colour. My sister had one named Zeke, he was also spotted. Sweet, sweet dog. I've heard they're called "love sponges" because they're so sweet & loyal.

CandyQuackenbush Posted October 8, 2007 Posted October 8, 2007 My sister had one named Zeke, he was also spotted. Sweet, sweet dog. I've heard they're called "love sponges" because they're so sweet & loyal. The spotted ones are the best because they are pack dogs. They want to be with people all the time, and they are great at "flushing". Only the hunting breed does it, and my Molly does it all the time. Heh, mostly, we call her "rug" because she can just lay anywhere and be happy. She will even answer to it. hehe
Rayne Posted October 13, 2007 Posted October 13, 2007 Phee made this for me. It's not my Chihuahua, he has different colouring (mine is chocolate, tan and white) .... but he gives me this same look all the time ... and he has those big ears!!! I took some pictures of my Chihuahua the other day, I'll upload them shortly.
Rayne Posted October 13, 2007 Posted October 13, 2007 My Chihuahua: I couldn't get his big ears in this one: This is where he hides from my 3 year old (I look like crap, I had just gotten out of the hospital): I think he's confused??? He loves his Mama. He likes to lick. Sometimes he thinks he's a cat. And sometimes, he gets cold.
Fierce Critter Posted October 14, 2007 Posted October 14, 2007 Rayne, he is just too cuuuute. LOVE him in your sweater sleeve like that. And damn if that doesn't look like a comfy sweater.
Dollardave Posted October 14, 2007 Posted October 14, 2007 I own snails about it used to have 4 cats b4 my divorce.
Draco1958 Posted October 16, 2007 Posted October 16, 2007 I will post pics when I am able. I own 2 pets. A grey shorthair kitten and a baby ball python.
Rayne Posted October 17, 2007 Posted October 17, 2007 Zoomy's new thing is he likes to ride in my laundry basket when I do laundry. He'll go downstairs with me, in my basket, get covered in clothes from the dryer and stick his head out, then lay on my clothes and wait for me to fold and empty the basket before he gets out. I took this picture today.
odims_sphere Posted October 17, 2007 Posted October 17, 2007 I'm supposed to own a hampster. but I don't

ttogreh Posted April 14, 2008 Posted April 14, 2008 I don't like to start threads unless there is a wide area of discussion, so I am going to ask this in here. Oh, right. I have two dogs, Rufus, a Shar Pei Basset hound mix, and Swiffer, a black sort of spitz mutt kind of thing. Gypsy, my cat, had babies today! Huh... I should tell my girlfriend about that. I also have a parakeet, Pita bread. Any ways, chickens. The care and feeding of chickens, as pets, and perhaps egg suppliers. Does anyone here know anything about this?
