What are you going as for halloween?

I think I'm going to be going as Baron Semedi

I'm going to a concert on Halloween dressed like that. It should be fun.

Also I had a great Idea once where me and my friends would dress up as the most evil looking Death Metal Band. We painted up our faces and got out old metal band t shirts and black leather pants and platform boots, claw rings, I watch metalocolypse alot so I got the Idea from that.

I am not sure if I am going to dress this year or not, and if I do, what to dress as. I will be escorting my daughter while she and her friends trick or treat so I have to keep that in mind.

Anyways love Halloween, love dressing up, but there really doesn't seem to be anything to exciting going on this year worth dressing up for.

I probably am not bothering with a costume this year.

Halloween is on Wednesday. So my annual dress-up at City Club the weekend of just won't feel right. And no parties planned.

Feeling a touch bah-humbug. We decorated really cool, and I'm looking forward to handing out candy. But I'm not feeling particularly festive.

Yeah, and I've said it before (and will say it again), but nobody had the slightest clue what the hell I was supposed to be. And I was at a party filled with people who read shit like The Sandman all the damn time. But no, I'm not bitter about that.

I'm leaning towards skipping it altogether this year. Halloween is always great in theory but in actuality has been a major disappointment the last few years.

I'm going to use it as my avatar. But I'll post some pics of me at the concert, a friend of mine is coming from Tennessee and were going to see a group we used to listen to when we were in seventh grade. Its ICP, I used to be a big fan but I am not as fond of them as I used to be. I'm going for the experience.

heh ...the eye is a challenge.....

well, I have fashioned several different prototype eyes....

I think my best bet will be flat foam cut out like her half moon mad eye, with one hole over my one eye as the pupil.

I tried to make one and tape it to glasses without lenses, but then the sides were too open.

I'm gonna try a styrophome sphere cut out to frame my forehead and eyes...but I don't know if I am crafty enough to pull that off....

I tried cutting a white mask that was kinda rounded, but the edges of it cut my face all up =(

ANY Prosthetic doctors in the house?

I've been playing around with the FX stuff the venders send us during Halloween. they are really easy to put on ... and they look great .. so I think I will be taking the rest of the samples and going as a zombie =) ... ::does happy dance::

I have a friend who is an optician. I will ask and see if there is anywhere locally you can pick them up. You want contacts that make your iris's white, correct?
