The Scribe

[Mr. Crowley]

I wrote I poem a while back that inpacted me heavily and I want to know what everyone thinks about it. It would mean a great deal to me.

"The Scribe"

I am the scribe,

I am the vibe,

that beats within you deep inside,

from the river of thought I do tread,

to voice these thoughts inside your head,

concious carrier, bring your pain,

I carry it out into this plane,

forbidden knowledge is my ware,

for this cross is mine to bear,

Summer Solstice, winters bane,

the blood will flow within your vein,

come to me in darkest hour,

soul consumed and mind gone sour,

trembling nerves, corpses call,

you feel my presence within the wall,

doors of perception, the key I made,

this ancient price I have paid,

through the fields of parished sight,

I bare the lantern of unseen light,

through the fog of shadows night,

I will shine on clear and bright,

am I demon, or am I angel,

you may never know that fable,

I am the scribe that whispers dream,

and my presence alone makes the devil scream,

angels rapture, demons shake,

as my words make heaven quake,

I am the rock, I will unlock,

I am the ticking of this clock,

shadows play upon the wall,

madman screaming down the hall,

through the madness I can see,

the face of true divinity, carry my staff and you can be,

whatever it takes to make you free,

universe shakes over heavens crime,

the invention of existence and endless time,

these words will rip your world apart,

with every beat of your own heart,

I am breathless, sexless, I am God, I will sow this thirsting sod,

endless, faceless, loveless, faithless, sightless, hateless, ageless, timeless,

spieces none, I will never be undone, as you read this your hearts quickening,

sickening, livening, to the sound in this river in which you drown, wave my hand,

twist my wrist, and send you in the madness kiss, endless beat, endless drum,

I will be your mental hum, Breathe the smoke into your eyes,

and send your soul to endless skies.
