My Kitty Is Gone!

My cat, Racha escaped some time last night and is now AWOL. I've been searching the neighborhood, have put up some flyers... I'm really sad. Please send kitty finding vibes my way..

EDIT: Wayward kitty found, wet and stinking, in nearby bushes. Who knows where she was earlier when I was looking for her.

I know how nerve wracking that can be. There have been a few times my cat has gotten out and I cried buckets until she came home.

Oh, thank goodness. My heart sinks when I hear someone's pet goes missing.

Our Oakley got out of the yard last week. We were almost in tears. Last time he "got out", we were living in NC - all he did was go to the neighbor's porch and pretty much asked them to let him back in our house. This time, he was more adventurous. We found him 8 blocks away.

There are 3 gates on our yard. One of them was out of whack. It is now roped closed.
