Good Black Lipstick

I have noticed that I cannot find black lipstick anywhere but Halloween stores and its pretty crappy to say the least. Does anyone happen to know where I can get cheap black lipstick that actually stays on for more than a couple of minutes?

If not black, then a dark wine color? I need something that stays on.

I am poor right now...so the cheaper the better.

I've never found a good black lipstick..

That said, I have used Line N' Seal eyeliner pencil on my lips and had great success. DO NOT put gloss or anything over it though or it'll get goopy. Mine didn't come off for a whole night at City!

You can get it at CVS for like $6.

I really like Covergirl's Outlast collection. They have a large selection and no matter how early I put it on or how much "activity" i engage in, I'll wake up w/ it on.

Look for lipsticks meant for African American women. I have a deep purple by Iman Cosmetics that is very close to black. It's not cheap, but I'm sure there are others out there.

I like to take a nice dark red or purple lipstick and add a little black eyeliner to it to make it look darker. I can't get used to the way just straight black lipstick looks. I've only done it once for Halloween and it looked really weird to me.

Cover Girl has a line of makeup for darker women (african america), also, a Sally's beauty supply store. You may have to go online, because I couldn't begin to tell you where one is, in MI.
