Homicidalheathen Posted November 8, 2007 Posted November 8, 2007 my gramps just died. I guess its good he is out of misery's way...... And he insisted on going home even though they didn't want him too....which is good. He got to die with my sis and aunty at his side.....two of the women he loved dearly and if it had not been for him, they might not have made it in life at all or well....... He got to die in the dream house he built for my grandma on a mountain top...... with clouds around. Might not have been my 'real' grandpa per se' as he was a step grandpa.......but even when I found out, at age 12 it didn't matter because he was and will always be my 'paw' 'paw'. I don't know if I cam make it down to the funeral in time cause I accidently ate nuts yesturday this sux ass. I miss him, really wanted to see him again.....the kids will be sooo sad when they get home today.

Onyx Posted November 9, 2007 Posted November 9, 2007 (((hugs))) I am sorry for your loss. That's wonderful that he had loved ones around and was able to pass on in his own home.

CandyQuackenbush Posted November 9, 2007 Posted November 9, 2007 Atleast you know that when he died, he was probably very happy. I'm not a religious person, but, I will say this, atleast he's not in this world anymore. He's somewhere much more better. *hugs* You're in my thoughts.
