I am a witch.

"how do you know she's a witch?"..

I love that python skit..hehe

Umm.. as for a real witch.. with magical powers.. I really don't believe in any of it. I don't believe in angels.. ghosts.. vampires.. goblins.. none of it. I'm an unmagic type gal. I live for practicality. (I'm not saying it wouldn't be nifty if these things ended up to be real, but until they knock on my door and introduce themselves to me, they don't exist)

as for extraterresterials.. the probability in their existance is mathematically probable.

a witch is a faith based lifestyle choice so of course I beleive in them just like I beleive in republicans and dentists and donut makers. And...I've known a few....

I'm undecided on Ghosts.....

I beleive in light and dark angels, and in Nephilim.....

but the only true vampires are the ones that suck the life force out of you because they need to grow up.....

ghosts, heh

my faith is odd and unique to me. i belive in them and lived with one in the house for most of my life, ghosts just dont bother me, infact i feel odd in places that dont have anything going on with them

I believe ghosts are real and have a scientific explanation.

See, each of us has a bio-generated electro-magnetic field. The Earth has a huge electro-magnetic field. (thats absolutely required to sustain life) We know from our variuos electro-magnetic recording devices (tapes, hard drives and others) that you can imprint an electro-magnetic signiture on to a greater electro-magnetic field. Some peoples fields are stronger than the average... and high emotional states make our fields even stronger... I think, that if at the time of death or near death a person's electro-magnetic field is strong enough it will imprint on Earth's field... creataing a copy of the emotional state at the time of death... hence most "haunting" seeming to be a scene playing out over and over... or just some repeating noise or action.... if a person's field is particulary strong.. the recording may be able to have limited freedom of action....

makes alot of sense to me....but then there are otehr things that manifest that are completely willfull and without limits in terms of times, places, situations and abolutely intentional force of will.

allong the lines of Gaf's ideals are mine, but its a residue of the electrical field that has not dissapated naturally but stayed as is through force of will.

heh its remarkable how close your ideas are on these matters, to the base of hindu beliefs (the non diety worshiping base)

I thought I had seen a ghost until I went to a neurologist for a sleep study as I have narcalepsy. He said it was a 'narcaleptic hallucination' and after what he discribed he may be right.....dunno now.

People see ghosts.....aliens.....all sorts of things upon waking even up to 5 minutes after you wake up, making you think it could NOT be your mind.

ive seen thigns fly thru the air, been slapped by nothing, had my feet yanked up off the ground or the bed, heard voices, heard loud bussing, felt direct chest pressure while standing and laying down, had phone lines discconected and filled with static while praying specifically for a form of deliverance, had the covers yanked over my head, heard music etc etc etc. in varying degrees in differing circumstances - but especially when I've had a run in with someone who is an occultist of sorts.

so Im either a littel bit crazy (shaddup) or there have been some incredibly circumstantial magnetic impressions left everywhere Ive lived (and Ive lived everywhere) or Im a liar.

when I say Im undecided on "ghosts' in the calssic sense I simply mean that I dont know if God allows certain people to stay behind or if its true that certain people get lost in transition...I dont know.

But I do absolutely beleive in demonic oppression from a biblical sense, and from a first hand experience sense, and from spending time with others who have similar stories.

Okay, how many of these things happened when you guys were totally sober, or not easily open to easy suggestions..i.e. tired?

I've been to several places that have been known to be "haunted" quite regularly, and I've never seen anything that I can't logically explain.

It'd be neat to believe in the supernatural and some jackass that B&E's into you house, and pelts prettily wrapped boxes at your tree, and eats your food, once a year, but I think I'll leave all those things to made up bedtime stories..

lol i just recently turned 21 and that day was my first drink i have not since been ghost hunting since before my b day so i was always sober and i don't get high or do any drugs

I believe in ghosts, witches (because I believe that to be a religion), poltergeists, demonic possession, and all other things associated with the supernatural.

I havent quite decided if I believe vampires and werewolves exist. I have to do more research on that before I make a determined decision.

*takes deep breath*

Be prepared to laugh and call me crazy (it's okay, I'm a big girl I can take it)

These types of spirits/energies have clung to me like flies on shit since I was a little kid

:X

With that said, I don't have the energy to share my experiences atm, but I might later so long as everyone agrees they won't call me crazy, because I already think I'm crazy I don't need other people telling me I'm off

Many of them happened when I was totally sober.

and - a great deal happened in my early Hollywood years....where drugs were a large part of my life. However I also beleive that certain types of drugs like PCP, LSD, Mushrooms, etc. open certain doors to the spriit realm - and during those times I beleive that I have intracted with both demons and angels. There is a reason you find evidence of this sort of provision in other cultures....they were usign these things as tools.

But - Ive also had similar experiences in my my sober years. As for being tired - I'm ex military, I know all about tired. MANY times I was sleep deprived for days on end, and I never had a "supernatural" event take place. In fact the last "supernatural" event that took place was here in Detroit - it was unexpected (shouldent have been) after a conflict between myself and an occultist that went too far.

Im not in the convincing business though HunHee.....I simply know what Ive seen and why. what you personally have seen and expereinced can be explained and thats fine....however you have not seen the extreme.

EDIT: telling HunHee she has not seent he extreme is the wrong way for me to put it - because i dont neccesarily know that, and so speaking for her is unintentionally disrespectufl, and I HATE it when peopel do that to me. So.... I will re phrase in an effort to be more respectful and to be less dramatic....

it seems as if - you have not seen psychic phenomina of an extreme nature that perhaps placed you in a dangerous position, however I am just gathering that from your posts, I could be wrong. I however, sincerely beleive that I have been in situations that were meant to cause me harm and or death, and it has tainted me, and I beleive there are many thigns on this planet that we cannot so succicently file or explain away with shear logic, however strong our need to do so may be....

there. I feel better about it now....
