Well its that time of year again. Its cold. And if you were homeless.....the hunger, and the cold would consume you.

Most of these people are just unhealthy but denied benefits.....good ol usa......or down on their luck. I know one ladies house burned down and she was homeless with 3 kids. It takes time for government agencies to do anything sometimes......and sometimes there just isn't enough to go around.

Not all homeless people are drunks or addicts......but even so they need help. I don't know how anyone can sit in a warm house stuffing themselves and feel good if they don't help the needy once in awhile.

This, along with my personal favoret homeless local.......are two of my top 10. I saw him at the 7-11 last night on 15 mile and little mack and he was talking about how he can't ride his bike in the snow right now.......so he has to walk in boots with holes in them.

Hell if I were that cold I would get drunk too.....

Once your in the situation (I should know) its hard to get out of it. Shower, phone....car.......how do you find a job?

Detroit Rescue mission ministries is one I trust. Most of the money goes to the homeless not the overhead.
