Yeah B is better all around. I think the "look" is better, but also just the picture itself is framed better and the lighting is better.

At first glance I'm more naturally inclined to prefer A as i like that style of hair / makeup usually by default. But the actual presentation and such in B just has to many pluses for my personal hairstyle/makeup preference to overlook B.
