I got a pair of work boots stretched once at Red Wing Shoe years ago. It was for width and to increase the size of the toe box. It worked out well for me though, and I had them for years afterward.

Purchase foot wear in the afternoon. Your feet swell as the day goes by. Also, always stand in a shoe you are trying on as your foot elongates when you put weight on it. The higher your arch.. the longer your foot gets when you stand. I have such a high arch that I need to buy shoes a size larger when stand than sitting. if i buy shoes that fit perfect when i am sitting down... I will tear them in half, literally, within a month.

and Yes, you nose does in fact grow thoughout you whole life... but not your feet. (you nose is cartlidge, your feet are bone.) The penis is a bit more complicated... it continually grows until about age 35-40 and then starts to shrink after that... it has to do with elasticity of the erectile tissue.... but it only grows and shrinks, on average, about 1/4 inch.
