Especially if the house is along the Severn River. The houses are massive and so is the price tag. But, the area is beautiful. I wish I could afford to live there, but I'll settle for living an hour away and driving by it for now.

I'm happy in my little 1200 sq ft brick home with a huge yard. Its only a 1/2 mile to the water...close enough.

Plus, who doesn't like hot tubs?? I don't need to live on Lakeshore Drive.

Believe me, I'm happy to have my house. It's more room than what I'm used to. Eventually, we'll build a deck and have a hot tub as well.

Right on. Mine's indoors, in a room entirely made of cedar. I don't know if I'm going to keep it like that or move it outside. I'm not doing anything with it until next spring.
