so now in this house I have two not working but good computers......they work, I just can't get on the internet with either of them anymore.......I know with one the settings are messed up.......but I don't know how.

So I call geek squad FROM A NUMBER I GET FROM INFORMATION

6 hours later the guy shows up with attitude, I already don like a the man.

80 bucks just to show up he says........well I figure thats typical of a serive man and pay him. Thinking geek squad just does this on purpose to get you to buy a new one from best buy..........say they are all bad!! And not repairable so then you will give up.......

He knows NOTHING about puters. He couldn't even find my fucking print cable!

He tells me after basically just GLANCING at it that nope, ya can't fix it........it would need to be wiped clean ect.........ect........to the tune of 300 bucks.

Of coarse I say no......because I know its not that as with the laptop a notice came up.........I just didn't write down what It said...I did an internet explorerer update and it changed something.

So then dumbass tells me not to ever except internet sequirity updates........?

Then he says oh well if your not going to pay to get it fixed........does this one have a cd burner? It will cost you 1500 to replace a nice one like this.......NOT!!

I got it for 500 bucks at the flea market asshole.

So I say all this and K comes home and says just leave now please we dont want your services anymore......

So the guy goes to print out a reciept for the 80 bucks.......

Cant find the print cable, cant figure out how to print a reciept..........well..........since I used a credit card I wanted a damn reciept.

It took fucker 1 half an hour to figure out how to print it. K was getting pissed and wanted to just throw him out........

So after I call geek squad at best buy.........no he does not work for them. If you do, you MUST have the tshirt logo........and a logo on your car if NOT a vw bug.

And a logo on the reciept. He had none of that......

So Now they want to help me prosicute.......which I am.........but the credit card has not reversed my charges, and I cancelled it as soon as he left so now I am waiting for the new one......and I may have to show up in coart.

I know to ask for ID if someone just shows up at your house unannounced but now I know to ask even if I CALL THEM OUT from a number I get out of the phoney book.

And I am waiting for my bud to come over and help me fix these so we can resell one and give the other one away.
