my daughter is going through a phase in which everytime she doesn't get her way she throws a fit. the threatning 3s. does it get better as the kids get older?

Yes ... and no. The girls, it got better, but STILL hasn't gone away. It's kind of morphed into different behaviours. My 8 year old is very defiant and sassy. My 7 year old is very emotional. The boys ... aren't so bad as the girls were.
