12th of JULY *NEW DATE* Cedar Point? Anyone ^_^

So I have been pondering this idea with alaska_sunrise for a bit now, and we are thinking about having a little DGN get together at the end of May beginning of June @ Cedar Point. We aren't officially organizing anything at the moment, we want to know who many people are interested in attending this social gathering so we posted the idea 2 months (so if your interested in going save your $$$). I <3 Cedar Point more than most other things in the world.

At this point it all depends on money. If I have enough saved up by then, and if Raven gets a freaking job, then we would be down.

As of now.. We don't know if were taking anyone with us so we might have two car seats open . However I hope that the people that are riding with us will be able to refrain from smoking lol. I try to keep my car sparkling clean so.. (even tough I'm a smoker I don't smoke in the car).

I miss Jonny Rockets!!! All tough the Halloween season is my favorite at Cedar Point I love it regardless.

Cher, did Raven try crematorium job opening in Royal Oak? They payed quite good ^_^. What kind of experience does he have maybe I can dig up something for him.

These days I usually end up going on the tame rides and if its hot, the Water Canyon ride. Otherwise, I fill my day with playing skiball and those coin games :D

Oh YAY. I would so be down for a group outing to CP.. I've had a few friends that have done the whole charter bus ride thing there.. Only cost like $30.00.. That might be something to look into also. Also my friend and her husband have a HUGE van since he's in a wheel chair and they love going.. Prolly could stuff 7 people into that..

Yay !!! I was a bit skeptical at first thinking that not a lot of people would like to show.. but I was wrong. So the Hubby is checking into further details, such as stay. I'm not sure if some of you would be interested in coming home the next day (so spending the night out in the hotel) or just return the same night.

Hi everyone;p hello my love(poppet), so in response to the cedar point idea......I found out that a daily pass to the park cost an average anywhere form $35.00 to $42.00 depending on if we stay overnight.....Soak city costs $29.00 and there are small fees fo the challenge park which includes the Ripchord which holds 6 and swings you about 15 storys high at around 65 mph........Also the hotel prices are a bit higher in summer compared to the fall....Depending on what time of the year we go will determine furthur priceing.....It may get pricey if we all decide to saty but I hope we all can go for the day at least.....Last year the wifey and myself went for the HALLOWEEKENDS....which turned out awsome......Ok so any more thoughts would be great:P

I've been wanting to do a Cedar Point trip for the last 3 years. Something always seems to come up to ensure that I either don't have the time, don't have the money, or both.

Depending on money at the time and if I can find someone to drive me (my car probably wouldn't make it) I'd totally be down! I haven't been in 2 years!!! I'm Cedar Point deprived

I would love to go. My tolerance for coasters has gone down from when I was a kid, but I still will ride them. I will see if I can save up some money by then, it all depends. I may have transportation by then also, but that's also not a total guarantee. I may need a ride for two people if Cher and Raven don't end up going.

Really either way could work for the hotel though. Since there would be variouse cars going most likely then a group could stay or come home depending on if enough people wanted to. I think it would also depend on the day...like a friday to a saturday would work for most, spend the night friday and get up early and go to riding all day. Or if it was a saturday sunday that could work. However if it falls on going on like a sunday then most the people would probably want to come back that night.

So in my opinion if the room was not that horrible of a price showing up on a friday night to the hotel and getting up early and going to have fun all day saturday and then driving home would be the best for me.

I haven't been in a while.. but up till recently, I've thought the Millennium Force was as good as sex.. now I just think it's almost as good as really good sex.. hehe
