I missed school too and was frustrated when my credits from the college in Argentina didn't transfer and had to start over again... that mad me mad. So, decided to go back into the arts and persue a degree. What did you go to school for?

I'm starting to realize DGN is addicting... I've spent part of my work day on here!

I was a History Major and Spanish Minor. I'm actually quite jealous you spent so much of your time in Argentina. I would love to totally immerse myself in the language. Now I'm too wrapped up in a career and life to get away like I'd truly love to.

Guess what I do for a living though .... hehe I work in Construction.

I was a History Major and Spanish Minor. I'm actually quite jealous you spent so much of your time in Argentina. I would love to totally immerse myself in the language. Now I'm too wrapped up in a career and life to get away like I'd truly love to.

Buenos Aires was pretty cool... such a diverse mix of culture and language. The spanish was a castillian mix and my portuguese didn't translate over very well. Had to learn to roll "r"'s which took about a year of practice, lol.

So, you haven't taken time to just vacation there for a week or two? I wouldn't mind going back sometime. Ever since I moved out of South America I haven't been back. Keep going over to Europe... I'm a big fan of London and Deutschland.

Tomorrow? Oh goodness no.. unfortunately I'm traveling this weekend, and won't be able to make it to CC, most people from DGN go to DGN night which is Saturday. I think our illustrious board founder will be there this weekend, you should introduce yourself to him. He's the REALLY tall one, will probably be hanging around Candy & Odims (whom you know).

I will probably make it out to the following weekend DGN night, maybe we can meet then if you go.

I love to travel too.. ever been to Korea? I am going to go there in about a year. I'm going to learn a bit of the language first, and get semi immersed into the culture before I actually go over. It'll be nice to finally re-see my motherland.

Haha don't laugh. I was five.. and TECHNICALLY my first language was Korean, my second is English.. I only say hello and thank you in Korean, so I guess Spanish is my third..

I always say (when I mess up with English) "English is my second language, I can't remember my first".. now ya'll get my meaning.

aah, so that's the secret? lol, I get where you are coming from. Well, when I see you come running up and greet me in Korean or Spanish. Even though I honestly speak neither. Only English, Portuguese, and what I can remember of German. It will be amusing... carrying on random conversations in different languages. confuses the hell out of people!
