Yesterday, Florida state Rep. Mary Brandenburg introduced a bill that would classify salvia and its extract as a controlled substance with no approved use, like marijuana. Possession would be considered a felony punishable by up to five years in prison.

Yes let's find another excuse to lock up non-violent "drug offenders". Great idea. I'm sure that will solve the world's problems. Rehab programs are just totally out of the question.

Fucking bullshit.

If it were legal...there would be herbal trance journey workshops held by lisenced practitioners.

Salvia is a tricky little plant.

It has to be 3rd generation in the same soil grown......and fresh, the alkaloids evaporate unlike pot which holds its chemicals that alter conciousness.

It has to be a good strain

Something else about female and male plants cant remember...

The tincture was WAY to strong for me. One hit is all I need if its fresh and I smoke it.

Its so powerful when you DO journey you may only want to experience it once or few times in your life.

Its for JOURNEY WORK only, not to party with.....hell you cant even meditate on it ( i blew open a chakra, oops!)

She is the goddess of all plant spirits. Mess with her (outside of journey space) and she will mess with you.

That means NOT a good trip, or no trip.

You have to consider someones age, weight......health and mental issues.

Brain chemistry is tricky,

some people just dont agree with a substance.

Thing is people will do stupid things with it so they make it illegal.......then they continue to do stupid things with it and dont learn to either treat it right or leave it alone.
