Mitch Albom's column on Ashley Alexandra Dupre, the prostitute in the Eliot Spitzer affair. I agree with his thoughts. Despite the fact that I think prostitution should be legal, it currently isn't, and she shouldn't get rewarded for being being a participant in the same crime. What bothers me more are the people that try to take advantage of anyone that can gain them publicity. They use them and spit them out when their utility is used up. And worse still are all the millions of people who have nothing better to do with their lives then follow crap like this. They create the market of useless news and celebrity instead of pursuing meaningful activities and stories.
