I'll bet it's not what you think. NEXTSTEP/OPENSTEP... Which has a BSD Unix basis but with lots of neat new tricks.
Gaf The Horse With Tears Posted March 26, 2008 Author Posted March 26, 2008 OK, you got the Nextstep OS part right... but NeXTStep was based on the Mach Unix Kernal. Mach was developed to be a replacement kernel for BSD.
