I am sick of all the mother in law jokes may be a better title.

Let me elaborate:

This woman. Was a german captured by russians and grew up working on a farm, hard work....she was sent away at the age of 8...to poland......because her abusive alcoholic father didn't need all the kids he bore. He could not provide for them but kept makin new babies.

Well she was in Poland when she was captured at the age of 11.

She spent her young adult life in a concentration camp. The stories she tells.

When she got out she was so near dead from starvation her teeth were loose.

She still has all her own teeth and they look great.

She had two kids at home with a midwife........she was embarressed her house was a bit messy and DID HER FLOORS while in labor with my bro in law.

(I had a c section)

She had to help raise most of her grandkids cause most of us had to work when the kids were small. That makes 8 kids she has raised besides her two. (she now helps with the GREAT grand kids.)

Although she has never had a lot of money, she is classy......holds her head high....always dresses well and still puts on the heals every time she leaves the house.

(I stopped wearing heals the last sprained ankle)

She rarely talks bad about anyone.....if she does, you know you deserve it.

Runs around with more energy than anyone I know......

She was always faithful to a fault......never drank, swore.......smoked......nothing.

And she rarely gets depressed. Only when she thinks about her long lost husband.

Lately humanity has let me down big time, quite honestly I am sick of most people.......all they care about it getting one up on someone, or over on someone......fucking......partying. Most people lie, steal.......cheat.......

But not her. She is a gem.

She just turned 80 and told me, if I get sick....don't let them keep me in the hospital....I don't want to die there. I am tired, I am ready to go meet my maker.....let me die at home.

Of coarse I agree'd but hell the wonder woman may just out live ME!

We had a 80 yr birthday dinner for her and she INSISTED on paying because we all have kids at home still and are struggling.

We tried to pay but she snuck and stuck 80 bucks in my sig others pocket.

It kinda bothers me but I know she feels better about being able to care for herself even though HER sig other is gone now.

God I love that woman.

And, she is all but 118 lbs.....she kept her figure, is the picture of health......and is tiny. But strong. Unlike most.

She experienced some horrible horrible things... Everything else is small potatoes by comparison. I can understand why she's like she is. Strong woman.
