Help Me Find This Kids Cartoon Animation Movie

I am not kidding and no I wasn't trippin either.

The other night I come in and there is this movie on.....I didn't get the name of it....but it had a fat pimpin rap mouse and tranny cows. Well, there was a bull and his kid (both boys with udders that were rather obvious and grossly brought attention too....) and they were the hero's of the story.

Anyone know what I am talking about? I wanna see it again to catch the beginning and it was rather new.
