I feel so bad for their kid. If I found out that my mom was actually my sister, I would freakin' go insane.

The worst thing about breeding within one's family is the high incidence of genetic disorders. For instance, if this family has a high incidence of diabetes or cancer, then this kid has a much higher chance of suffering from these maladies than if her parents weren't so closely related.

Like some of the others said, I wouldn't be so terribly grossed out if this unnatural union didn't produce any children. I guess technically I wouldn't care if some father and daughter that I don't know who are both consenting adults chose to bang each other. But toss a kid in this situation and it is just a huge tragedy.

Ick, that's all I can say about this situation.
