Der Nister Posted April 8, 2008 Posted April 8, 2008 Judicial corruption in our supreme court my friends. Corruption It may well always be a case of the poor paying the price for everything in this country.
Hellion Posted April 8, 2008 Posted April 8, 2008 Shit they ought to call this country,"The Immoral States of Corruption"
Gaf The Horse With Tears Posted April 9, 2008 Posted April 9, 2008 Um... Where did you read anything about the Supreme Court? The DOJ is not the Supreme Court. It's the arm of the US Government that either prosecutes federal cases or defends them. Lawyers. Who legally CAN"T talk about a pending case.. to anybody. Not even Congress.

There's one on West Virginia State Supreme court...
Gaf The Horse With Tears Posted April 9, 2008 Posted April 9, 2008 Oh, found it... it didn't come up the first time I went to the link. It still begs a question... What poor people are you talking about? Even a "poor" and small coal mining company is not owned by a poor person. I do see the possible corruption of a State court... which is sad, but I don;t think it's how ever court is run.
