I used to want to be able to say I had waaaay more Converse All-Stars than anyone else around me.

I want to spend money without consideration of need vs. want, and usually do.

(Working on it. Making strides. But it's hard.)

no greed. no hoarding. i used to keep stuff, but it was not about hoarding.

as far as greed i will say this; when it comes to my kids i am kind of "greedy". i will give them something before i ever give it to someone else. i have been called selfish for this. i don't think of it as greedy OR selfish (after all i am GIVING to my KIDS) but it's as greedy as i get.

I don't have a greedy bone in my body. If someone needs something and I can help, I will do my best. Sharing was taught in my family from day 1, that's just how it was and is. I don't think there is anything wrong with wanting the best for your children or putting them first. I don't consider that greed.
