Good. Now maybe we can get rid of them. All they do is add weight, complexity and contribute to the ever worsening quality of drivers. People rely on these things and their brains disengage....

OK... I'm being a little facetious. But not much.

They're ALL *supposed* to be good things. Some of it is overhyped.

I'm just not a big fan of saddling cars with all these doodads. I like simple.

I know what they are... I read all abou them in High school when I did a report on Tucker.

Ah... But Tuckers were purely mechanical. BMW's version ties into a variety of sensors to position them. I'm actually surprised that it's still mechanically moved though. I seem to recall that there are electronic/optical methods to adjust the light beam.
