Onyx Posted April 27, 2005 Posted April 27, 2005 Sorry for the loss of your cat. Looks like he was very much loved I don't know of anybody with kittens, but I've adopted several gorgeous sweet kittens and cats over the years from the humane society.
Daevion Posted April 27, 2005 Posted April 27, 2005 I'll ask around...If i find anyone that has a kitten to give away I'll PM ya sorry to hear about your kitty. I lost my cat a long while ago, the rumor was that a screwball of a neighbor caught her in his yard and killed her but there was no way to prove that.
Fierce Critter Posted April 27, 2005 Posted April 27, 2005 Petfinder.com This is a great place to find pets. They have many rescues available to contact, as well as a classifieds section where people post just like in a paper. My sympathies. I have 9 cats right now and wish they'd all just live forever.
Troy Spiral (13) Posted April 27, 2005 Posted April 27, 2005 Losing pets sucks =( Sorry for your loss miss meg. Last time i lost a pet i sort of swore off getting any new pets due to it just being to much for me. Not sure i have any leads for you , directly in terms of finding a new kitty. I used to have a cat that was a perpetunal kitten factory but shes gone now. :erm The various humane societies around town have tons of pets all the time though. http://www.michiganhumane.org/site/PageSer...=locationshours

Aw, Meg, I'm sorry you lost your boy. He had the perfect kitty-eyes. I hear good things about Petfinder.
Fierce Critter Posted April 28, 2005 Posted April 28, 2005 A guy down the street has 5 kittens for free. He had two that look very much like your Muddy - one male, one female. Too bad I'm 700 miles away. :( (And no, we didn't bring one home. Still holding at 9. )

The neighbor was one of those jackasses that would sit out in his yard and shoot any animal that moved with his BB gun...cats, dogs, squirels, birds..etc.
squee Posted April 28, 2005 Posted April 28, 2005 where do you live? my friend has one boy kitten left. if you're intersted you can call me. 586 344-3315. if you live close i'll drop it off, her mom really doesnt want anymore animals.
Guest MsMaldoror Posted April 29, 2005 Posted April 29, 2005 I'm sorry about your baby. Spring/summer is kitten season though, so I'm sure you won't have much trouble finding a new baby. You might even think about adopting 2 from the same litter...
