I think that's all for now. It's been a crazy weekend, and I can hear the faint cries of my fluffy pillow calling for me. I hope everyone has a great week, and I look forward to getting to know you better. Catch you later.

Welcome to our little corner of the world. My dad works for Chrysler and is getting ready to retire.

My pillow wails for me, I just ignore it.

Ignore the pillow, fight the urge! Post instead!

And congrats on the Masters! I worked with a couple Sys. Architects at GM and they were smart cookies.

Woot!! Heya Mike! Welcome to the board! Glad you finally signed up. Don't forget to post your playlists in our Nightlife section. It's nice to have the playlists available so that if someone doesn't know what a certain song was they may be able to find it in the playlist. :)

This 👆 definitely goes with what I said in my other post - getting old sucks. Seems like *everything* takes longer and takes more energy out of me than it used to. Really need to work on my diet and exercise, I've found the older I get, the more important those things have really become...

Well we were supposed to leave last night, but life has a way of making plans for you. I'm about to get up and get ready to go on our vacation. Had and still have a lot to do.  Not easy to just up and leave a ranch with a lot of animals and things that need taken care of. We even have people here to watch and tend things while we're gone, but still.   I had to change the radiator in my car before we leave - got that done last night. Took a lot more out of me than I thought it would, so by the time I finished I had little energy for anything else. Today I just have a couple more quick things to do on the car, like cleaning it and packing stuff. Couple of minor things to do around the ranch today, as well.   I figure we should be on the road this evening sometime. I'm looking forward to it. We're going to see the wife's side of the family, people I actually like,  in Vegas and AZ. Should only be gone for a few days, maybe a week. Going to the Grand Canyon and Lake Mead and all kinds of stuff in between, so I'm pretty stoked. I LOVE the Southwest.   Wish me luck that my car survives the desert! (Hence new radiator) 🤠👍

Sometimes sleep can be a scary thing.  I passed out so hard at 4:54pm today.  Yesterday wiped me out with rentals, appointments and helping a lost dog get back home.  Fortunately, I found him on Facebook and contacted the owners and he was picked up before nightfall.  But I think I totally overdid it and paid for it today in the middle of handling business.  Thankfully it was some work at home stuff.   I definitely do not like being that kind of tired.  It's like the World could end and I'd wake up afterwards trying to find out what happened.
