freydis Posted May 14, 2008 Posted May 14, 2008 I just finished reading "Out" by Natsuo Kirino. Holy Crap! It's about a woman who snaps and kills her abusive husband, and the women who help her cover it up. Or so it said on the back of the book. Really, it's about how far people can really go, once they're broken. It's also about Japanese society, and just plain messed up people. It was an eye-popper of a book.
Nienna Posted May 14, 2008 Posted May 14, 2008 She's Come Undone (can't remember the author right now) Sunshine by Robin McKinley The Kushiel series by Jacqueline Carey That's just lately. I read so much it'd take forever to remember or list alll the truly memorable books.
