Fin Posted May 27, 2008 Posted May 27, 2008 Hey all! I downloaded ModPlug Tracker to attempt some composition. I'm sure I could figure it out with some time, but DAMN it's not easy if you're not familiar with the language. Can anyone give me a website with some pointers? Or some things you found out that helped you figure out how to use the program for creating basic music? Thanks all!

Rev.Reverence Posted May 29, 2008 Posted May 29, 2008 YES, Dr.FIN...IT WILL BE! I'll have the wife on it in a minute or two!
DJ Saint Posted May 30, 2008 Posted May 30, 2008 Thank you, Saint! Do you compose with this program or do you use another? I've used Cubase Sx and VST's for a while I also have a slew of outboard gear (Nord Lead synth, Kurzweil K2000 synth and full Roland e-drums) from my days in Backspace. The drums are about the only thing not collecting dust at the moment as I just play them after a hard day at work to get my aggression out. Haven't composed a track of any worth in ages.
