Rayne Posted May 28, 2008 Posted May 28, 2008 I had something similar happen on my AT&T bill. It got straightened out eventually, after about 6 months of me having to pay $9.95 for something I never ordered. They did end up issuing me a credit for all in the end ... but it was a PITA. Many years ago, my brother-in-law's phone was cloned (and I was on that account), so I got in the habit early of looking over every little detail of my cell bills.
ttogreh Posted May 28, 2008 Posted May 28, 2008 You know, this just reminded me... We don't have a contract any more, but we are paying 125 dollars to Sprint, even though there is the 99.99 "simply everything" plan... I have got to get on that.

I wish they had that for family plans. We have three lines and pay about that.
EnViOuSPoPpEt Posted May 28, 2008 Posted May 28, 2008 That's why we don't have AT&T anymore . We didn't have any weird problems like that, however our bill was always expensive. So if they are the ones that connect every other network out there then why aren't they the cheapest. Instead they are an arm and a leg.

I pay $89.99 for just MY line (we have three) through Sprint. AT&T is pretty cheap comparitively. However, you pay for the service you receive. My (actual, not talking customer) service with Sprint is much better and way more reliable than my AT&T service.
