Vincent is what I thought of as soon as I saw bobby's song listed there.  Lyrics wise looking at it , it really is a bit sadder than vincent but vincent used to almost make me cry too.  I'll have to check out these others out.

This is the part that gets me every time:

There are TONS of "almost" but actually crying is pretty rare.

 

Laupers True Colors almost gets me every time.   Time after Time not so much.... I think its a better song, but not as tear jerking.
