Well, The Universal Mall will still be a mall, eh? It just won't be completely enclosed. It makes sense. Now, the stores pay for just their heating, cooling, and electric bills, and don't pay to also heat or cool the common indoor area.

Of course, the Mall of America doesn't even have heating systems... thousands upon thousands of warm bodies heat that behemoth so well that air conditioning units need to run in the winter during peak hours. Air conditioning in the winter in Minnesota...

universal mall was just full of gangster-whanabes. and really crappy stores. the theater was the only reason to go there, and thats when they put something good to play and you where bored and or poor to pay 8 bucks for a normal showing instead of 3 month old movies. people smoked in there drank in there, probly lit up there bowls in there. the way a theater should be, dirty and drug enduced, and the smoking just added to the nostalgia
