While this building is stunning and gorgeous, there's nooooooo way I would get in it. On paper, I'm sure all the layout and schematics makes sense, but I just don't trust how it would actually function. It may be one of those things that's fine for a bit, but then somewhere, within all the moving parts, a weakness develops, and then *CRASH**....the whole thing comes down!

Why can't we just be happy with the magnificence of our natural world? We always have to try to outdo the world around us. tsk tsk tsk

It's like the Contemporary Resort in Disney World. The idea was to build an A-frame, and all the rooms could be inserted and removed with a giant forklift from the outside. It worked for a while but once the foundation settled, the building shifted and all the rooms got wedged into the frame becoming irremovable.

And weren't they actually building up the land in Dubai for all this crap? I hope this structure isn't going on one of the man-made land masses.........I wouldn't go within a 1/2 a mile of that structure if this was the case!
