Well, thank you for the welcome. I have a forum-phobia of sorts...I'm afraid I'll get addicted because it's happened before (and took up a LOT of my time). I've heard people from City Club talk about DGN-the first person to talk to me about it was a tad obsessive about it-it scared me off from the idea of signing up.

I'm a dude. From northern suburbs of Detroit. Work-one of these days... School-legal studies, among other things. Single with no kids... or alimony

I play bass, guitar, and video games-though I'd never mix them ( I dislike guitar hero)

I like music a lot-finding weird and cool things (right now into Rachmaninoff's 2nd Piano Concerto and The Cinematic Orchestra)

I'm a geek about skyscrapers-I find them amazing, for all the manpower, construction, math, logic, vision, and environmental considerations that go into them.

City Club is one of the few places I can go and feel comfortable. Other places bore me, or scare me with their loud pop music. I'll definitely be there later today.

Definitely a large structure fan myself as well although not just skyscrapers. I like a lot of the "modern marvels" type structures. Bridges, dams, skyscrapers, etc.

I played guitar for years, though i don't anymore (long story) I was disappointed with guitar hero, I'd expected it to be some sort of "toy guitar" but were you would still have to strum and press the proper strings and frets and such. The fact that its just BUTTONS is disappointing. *shakes fist* hehe.

Hopefully you'll stick around and throw your 2 cents in on some of our topics *points around to all the forums*
