So basically....IF you are raped, and you DO go forward, unless he beat the crap out of you, maybe broke some bones, and left his "evidence"...nothing will happen except you will be repeatedly RE-Victimized OVER AND OVER again to justify his case.

I guess I can say my fashion is feminine...but then again it's goth fashion so take that for what it's worth. By feminine I mean I wear skirts and girl clothes, not pastel colors. To me that has to do with body shape, women look good in certain clothes and men look good in certain clothes. I wear make-up because I think men should also wear make-up and would never date a boy who doesn't look good in eyeliner. So to me make-up is not feminine, but rather (sub)cultural to me.

In short, I don't fear for my safety, I DEFEND my safety and the safety of my family, friends, and loved ones. I don't let fear paralyze me. The only thing to fear is fear itself.

WHOA...definately taken the wrong way. By my statement...I meant that I'm a ridiculously good fighter and don't have male friends/acquaintences that would be able to overpower me. So unless there was like a GROUP of men...with guns...and I was a little drunk then I could see it happening to me.
