My rats need a new cage!

I am looking for a cage big enough for two large-ish rats. Can't afford a new one, but I can pay up to $30 if someone has one hanging around the garage or basement. It needs to be at least 24" long, and preferably multi-level. Don't want a Habitrail-type setup as I'm told the tubes are way hard to clean. Lucky & Mr. Nibbles really need new digs, they are currently living in a hamster cage which is way too small for them... so it gets really dirty very quickly.
