Halloween

I got LOTS of friends that go through MASSIVE preperations on what to be for Halloween. It's jsut fun for them to dress up, beyond what they normally do, and walk around with the umpteen other ppl doing it.

So..this year...I am doing what I've wanted to do for a couple years now...I'm dressing up as CAPTAIN FUCKING SPAULDING!!!

I even got someone to dress up as Mother Firefly...so it's gonna be really something!!!

..as the point of Halloween is to 'scare the Evil spirits back to the Beyond'...I thought I'ld chase you around Trixie's at the party we have every year.....then goto ft's or (if I have a sitter) a party in the area (maybe at my place )...

Now that Raven and I are together we have to do theme costumes 'cause that's what he wants. I personally like my individuality when doing Halloween so that's why I haven't cared to dress up since we've got together. On top of that I had no money last year.

BUT...before I got into my current relationship I was going to be Snoop Dogg for Halloween. For serioul. Never got it finished though.

I always take Devil's Night and All Hallows off from work, so it'll be a four-day orgy of horror this year. Thursday will be all prep, Friday, I'll take the man-cub trick-or-treating, Saturday, off to the Leland, and Sunday, I'll try to recover. I'm going ALL-OUT for my costume this year, but you'll have to come out to CC if you want to see it....

Good idea. Tyger and I dressed up as Chucky and Tiffany for Halloween once. As for me it is to early to tell what I will be doing. I'm thinking about skipping the dress up this year. Given the right people, I've always wanted to be Gene Simmons from KISS. However, I would need the entire band in order to do so.

I'm seriously thinking about 18th century French courtier's garb-- complete with huge powdered wig, full petticoats, matching mules, and fan.

This could become exorbitantly expensive, but I always like to buy nice costumes and accessories!

I haven't been to a Halloween party and dressed up for halloween in a long time. I was thinking of having another party/housewarming party closer to one of the weekends around then, but I will have to see how the finances are for that kind of thing and to make sure I DO have a house by then.
