This is true.... but as stated earlier in the discussion... what about the people not like you, who would then say fuck you and blow smoke in your kids face... it IS illegal to slap the bastard, but it is not illegal for him to blow smoke in your kids face in the park.... some people only respond to fear of punishment... I personally can think of plenty of instances where I am alone on the road at night and really feel like speeding, but I don't because I don't want a ticket.

Answer: Fog Horn or Megaphone. Preferably a fog horn because they're louder and much more annoying. If they're gonna blow smoke in your face go about a foot away from them and sound the fog horn until they are forced to stop. You're not physically attacking anyone...but God knows those things are so loud and deafening that not even the most annoying of assholes would be able to withstand it for more than 3-4 minutes without earplugs.

dude this is seriously a kinda silly statement, because honestly, i could stop driving a car anytime i wanted to as well. does this make me a car addict? no, it means i appreciate the convenience a car affords me. i eat meat daily because i want to - if i say that i could stop any time i wanted to, it would be a true statement, but according to your logic, i'm now a meat addict. does this make any sense to you? doesn't to me...

I think a law like this is beneficial to all of us, smokers and non-smokers. Smoking in a building with non-smokers and children is just rude, that's right, RUDE. Take your lazy ass's outside and fire up. It's not your right to poison the kids AND people who have breathing problems, asthmatic's or allergie's etc.

Smoking is just gross, wrong and extremely unhealthy/dangerous and all you smokers know it.
