Trouble Creating Polls

I went to the "Quizzes and Polls" forum a few moments ago to create a poll but can't figure out how. I know I've done it before, years ago when I first joined DGN, but now I can't seem to find any of the controls for poll creation. Am I missing something? Is there a setting on my account that's turned off? What's up?
