I love your Beevise & Butthead pix Punky. It just dawned on me that Beevise looks quite a bit like Dale from King of the Hill. Ya gotta wonder if he's Dale's lovechild with someone other than Nancy. Anywhoo, getting back to the subject at hand. When I was alot younger I used to care what ppl thought of me. Now that I'm at a very different stage of my life, I don't really care one way or another. With me it's "what you see is what you get. Take it or leave it." I'll be 26 "again" a week from Saturday so I'm too old to care.

I care what people think about me, but I try not to worry too much about it.

One thing stressing me out is this "Facebook" thing. I joined it thinking it was just another harmless myspace deal.

Soooooooo not the case. Turns out, it's like a mini-highschool reunion. Filled with all kinds of old acquaintances that are excelling in their 9 to 5 jobs, getting married, and procreating like crazy. A lot of these people I barely knew, but being from a small town people remember names, and I guess if they know your name they wanna add you. Anyways, I was pretty happy with my life until I seen how many of my high school peers are married/engaged/birthing demon spawns, and since I haven't done ANY of these things I worry that they're gonna be thinking, "Oh so WHAT'S wrong with her???"

I get that my life could be worse, and marrying/birthing kids isn't all that it's cracked up to be, or shouldn't sum up who I am, but I can't help but feel that these Facebook people are wondering why I haven't jumped on that wagon yet.

It's simple though. Because I don't want to.
