My entire family is from Iron Mountain, MI, which I believe is about 20-30 minutes from Escanaba. I can't remember I haven't been there since I was 13.

Technically we're from Crystal Falls or whatever it is...which apparantly is the drug capital of Michigan believe it or not. So I guess that means you won't be so bored after all .
