Nice Guys, Confused Girls, and Relationship Psychos.

I have developed a theory towards the whole nice-guy having no luck with girl/girl getting in bad relationships scenario. I have a good amount of knowledge on social theory. I stay humble, which helps me monitor cause and effect in my own life with clarity. I've also been learning more and more about pick-up art from various sources. This whole formula has been brewing in my head for some time.

I believe that there are three romantic foundations an individual can have at one time, which double as outlook or perception of romantic relationships: Fantasy, Reality, and Confusion (between the two).

I am not applying this system to general thinking/belief styles. I am using these foundation categories in romantic and platonic relationships, as well as choices in the way society operates.

Someone who is Confusion Based is the traditional relationship psychopath, unable to realize only they can reform their life. The person that treats you like gold while they're based in reality, than emotionally damages you when fantasy creeps back in.

I believe that it is very possible to temporarily sublimate the same Confusion Based outlook if you let a similar person string you along for too long. Though society is the culprit of Fantasy Based romantic outlook which I'll explain later- I believe bad upbringing and past Fantasy/Confusion Based relationships are the additives on top of society which turn people's perception to the Confusion Based Foundation.

A Reality Based Foundation is the healthy relationship. The more a relationship is based in reality the stronger it will become, basically a relationship which continually grows. Good evidence of these are family relationships, though not romantic, where a serious fight can mean little since fantasy is undermined by reality.

Fantasy Based is the stage where most men and women are at. Many men and women don't have high self-esteem, especially in romantic situations; or they pretend to, while dooming themselves to miserable relationships.

The world is full of belief institutions rather than questioning institutions. Fantasy should be introduced after reality, not the other way around, it doesn't work that way; fantasy is already over reality, reality IS reality. The culprit of people's Fantasy Based outlook is society which manifests itself before reality.

Society is asleep in a Fantasy Based Foundation, cause and effect proves this to a ridiculous extent: the prisons, the educational system, the political system, the distance of people, the alienation and division of culture, ect.

Understanding pick-up art for both genders is a possible solution, since understanding pick-up art could undermine the Fantasy Based outlook. The problem with pick-up though, is it's not a substitute for building relationships. I've found pick-up art is simply acting on an individual's Fantasy Based outlook similar to social-engineering in the hacking world, so it easily can become detrimental to creating a Reality Based relationship along with negative cause and effect on the individual using it.

Ultimately the best solution is to keep growing- be yourself, but become what you want so you take on more vibrancy, and rather than just following your heart, manifest what's inside of it; the first step of self-love is not giving a damn about what it means. If there enough people undermining societal fantasy with universal reality, we will speed up the process of society waking up to reform. In conclusion, what I am trying to get across is that I believe that the courting process is intimately tied into the Department of Motor Vehicles, and things would go a lot smoother if we would accept what we look like on the license.

Mostly, we're not sure if we're going to keep it and Snowbird to AZ in the Winter and come back to CO for the heat of the summer, but eventually I think we will live in AZ full time. For now the property in CO is always going up in value so the longer we hold onto it, the more it'll be worth, if we ever choose to sell.   For now we have the option to stay at her cousin's and an option to buy a chunk of the 250 acres they bought. Our ranch in CO also needs a new well - a huge investment - so we're trying to decide if we want to fix the well at a cost of 50-100k, or just buy more land from her cousin. Either way will be good, though! Pretty much can't go wrong buying land, these days. Well, depending on the area of course, but out here, land just keeps going up in price, never down , so there's that..   Also it will take years to move our ranch, if we choose to move it all. I figure at least 3 or 4 of the biggest Penske truck loads, and that's conservative and if we broke everything down into pieces and packed the trucks like Tetris 🤣
