sass_in_the_pants Posted August 19, 2008 Posted August 19, 2008 So, my girlfriends and I will be going to see New Kids at the Palace on October 25th. Finish laughing. I'll wait. So, anyway, we're all super excited and have been practicing our New Kids dance. Some things you never forget. It's like riding a bike. <-- it's something like that. Anyway, so my friend forwarded me their NEW song - Summertime, and I couldn't help but notice that Jordan, Donnie and Joey were always in the video and poor Danny and Jon were only shown for like a split second, or in silhouette. So I found some of their old videos on You Tube. SAME THING! You like NEVER see Danny or Jon. They keep putting the ugly New Kids in the back! That hardly seems fair. Donnie looks like a crack whore. Danny has at least been working out. By the way, you can go ahead and LIE and tell me you are too cool to have ever liked the New Kids. I won't call you out on it.
Rev.Reverence Posted August 19, 2008 Posted August 19, 2008 hahahahaha I was half hoping that this thread was announcing that their new album was Goth/Industrial! :rofl: :rofl:
Guest greyhalo Posted September 1, 2008 Posted September 1, 2008 They just released a "Greatest Hits" album too. It has 2008 re-mixes of their "hits."

Guest greyhalo Posted September 3, 2008 Posted September 3, 2008 You gotta be kidding. I always hated them because my high school gf was all gaga for them. Stupid boys. It's no joke, my friend. They even put out a brand new 2008 album called "Block." It was released yesterday. I just happen to know this since I purchase music CDs for the librray where I work. Really...
TheOsakaKoneko Posted September 4, 2008 Posted September 4, 2008 My god, I was so into them when I was like...7... jesus. They were my very first cassette tape. I can't believe they are still around. Christ, I can't believe the freakin backstreet boys are still around - and actually popular in Japan. -.-;;
Nightgaunt Posted September 4, 2008 Posted September 4, 2008 I was a little old to have been damaged by the NKotB phenomenon. For us, it was Menudo.

sass_in_the_pants Posted September 5, 2008 Author Posted September 5, 2008 MENUDO!!!!! *screams like a fourteen year old girl wearing high tops* Ooohhh...it makes me feel all, y'know, awkward and middle school again!
TrixieGothGirl Posted September 7, 2008 Posted September 7, 2008 I was a little old to have been damaged by the NKotB phenomenon. For us, it was Menudo. OMG, that photo of Menudo makes them look so gay. When NKOTB came out, I thought, "How long are they gonna be able to call themselves that? When they get too old for that title, they'll be calling themselves Old Men On The Street". LOL
