I would all ready be board certified in anesthesiology, and doing the job for fun.

Three words: Nobel Prize Laureate.

I would be debt free, and have no worries on funding.

I would have one house at Waimea Bay on the North Shore of Oahu, one on the Big Island, and one at the nearest habitable planet outside the solar system (as the first person to set foot on it.)

Faster Than Light travel.

World peace.

Ultra-technology.

I would have antiagapic treatments (immortality serum.)

I would have a picture of Dad and myself smiling on my medical school graduation day (he died quietly, yet miserably, a bit after my projected graduation date from the military medical school...damned medical condition.)

My body composition/make-up would be the same as it was in the summer of 2002.

I would give more back to my friends who were there for me during the crisis years of 2002-2004.

I would be with a woman who cares for me and meets my unreasonable dating requirements (see post in said topic.)

I would have two sons; one named after Dad, one after me. I would like one daughter (more if she wants them.)

My children would be held by my Dad.

Those children would be as driven as Dad and me, smarter than me, and work to make the world a better place for everyone.

No prejudice.

Let's see, a perfect world tailored just for me.....

First off I'd be over my creative dry spell and be the Next Dean Koontz/Stephen King/George Lucas/Speilberg

I'd have a wonderful wife who has beauty, brains, is my best friend and not only tolerates my geekiness but encourages it by occasionally surprising me with video games and sci-fi movies and tv shows on dvd.....And YES ladies and gentleman I'm a pig for this but she would also have the princess leia gold bikini on hand(yeah I said it lol)

Every building everywhere would be handicap accessible.

No lethal incurable illnesses.

I thought about going the clothing optional route but there are just some folks who shouldn't be naked lol.

No racism or hatred of disability or religion or any sort of belief.

I think that about does it for Bri-topia for now anyway that's just the core basics. I'm sure I'll think of something more.

I don't like the idea of a world tailored to me, but as for a world tailored to my vision of the future.. Global peace, prosperity, love, and understanding via anarchist societies based upon the needs of their markets, where the human condition primarily unites in celebration.

As I was writing this a penny-sized earwig landed on my head..

I want to add in a perfect world that I wouldn't be living in no-man's land.
