Ideas for a good haunted house

I think a good haunted house should actually be in a real house(mansion)that is,a place thats structurally sound but would work great.

The best thing would to be where you would stay the night,not much lighting to be used,but with working bathrooms.

Also yes there would be actors creeping around here and there,I do not know if they have ever done anything like this before but I think it would be awesome!

A house that is at least 5,000 to 8,000 square ft would work excellent.also lots of blacklights,no candles (fire hazard issue)even though candles would be cool'and yes the basement would also be used as well.lots of creepy sounds included.

this would be somewhat like a bed & breakfast idea.and people would be in groups of 4

per night.this would be 18 and older only

those prefabricated ones are lame to me.
