That's why being single these days is really terrifying.. I've learned the hard way..stay away from dating sites. Feeling like this is just not fair. I finally weaned myself off one set of meds just find I need another form of painkiller just to keep one thing under control. At least I had a few days of feeling normal again, but I'm not giving up. This calls for drastic measures and a major change in daily life.

18 years these lawyer's didn't properly handle her money right. Over one third 17 years ago and now this asshole is taking fee's for everything.. Every phone call. I know you can't put a price tag on a life but this is an injustice. Fucking lawyer.

Deep down a sad feeling. Afraid of attempting to live alone again soon. Terrified and anxious. I believe being married years got me used to having a person to do life with. Exactly why we ended up taking my Ward's lawyers to court, took over as Conservator and Fiduciary, got awarded what little money was left and appointed the Conservator as Trustee to the account for the needs of the Ward.

We try to take on as much legal responsibility as possible, but as long as the trust exists, all court appointed lawyers will try to nickel and dime their way through what money is left until the cash reaches a final cutoff zone where no further legal fees can be withdrawn.

A very bad practice, but lawyers can legally rob you with judicial backing...

Starting to feel better but my left arm still hurts. Waiting for the MRI and EMG to determine exactly what the extent of my injury is after falling down the stairs September 3rd. My headache finally stopped, which is good. I'm really getting tired of concussions.
