Wednesday...

The Winter Weather Advisory for snow and mixed precipitation is

now in effect until 1 PM EST Wednesday.

Periods of snow are expected through tonight. Snowfall will be

moderate to heavy at times... dropping visibilities to less than

one mile. Snow accumulations of 3 to 5 inches are expected through

early Wednesday morning. In addition... the snow is expected to mix

with sleet and freezing rain late tonight... before changing over

to mostly rain by Wednesday afternoon.

A Winter Weather Advisory means that periods of snow... sleet... or

freezing rain will cause travel difficulties. Be prepared for

slippery roads and limited visibilities... and use caution while

driving.

Feeling much better than yesterday. I picked up an unexpected retirement party this afternoon, and now I can pay most of my outstanding bills. Now, to come up with my internet and cellphone payments (only about a hundred bucks), and I'm good until around the 10th of next month.

I got things sorted out with my ex. He is speaking to me again, so that's a huge weight off my heart.

I still miss my Papa Joe, though.

I like sledding on four wheels too.

I wanted to have a bit of fun in the parking lot at my work place by doing figure eights with my car, but there were too many security cameras.

Come to think of it, I'm lucky to be alive right now. Some of the guys driving semis on the highway were barreling past me going twenty miles faster, and I could have sworn I saw some of them slide a bit on all the slush and ice.
