As for me:

FREAKIN' SWEET!! Sierra and I had our 1st skate tonight! You would think that learning to fall would be stupid. But, it's NOT. And THEN, we did the 2 hour open skate. I'm SORE!! The Detroit Derby Girls and the refs were coming in for practice, and we talked to them for a bit. One suggested that I consider becoming part of the Stat Army. And, I just might...

I love my hubby!!! He made sure that we were able to do this tonight. I love you, Jeff!!

Still groggy-- rubbing the remainder of the Sandman's sands from my eyes. The 5 AM foray out into the cold-- to drag wet, heavy rubbish bags to the curb, was NOT to my liking. Gotta do what you gotta do, doe. *sigh*

I feel anxious, and sort of weird, today; as if my head is floating about five feet from my neck. I awoke with the sense that I must be en garde, in order to face the things I saw coming in my dreams last night-- but I must collect my thoughts, and shake off the residual sleep, first.
