How Are You Feeling?

Annoyed as hell with my school. I missed today because I couldn't get out of my driveway this morning due to the 3ft of snow that drifted in over night. The college didn't cancel as usual even though every other school in the freaking area was closed, apparently because they don't care about the people who drive 30+ miles just to get there.

Then I read an article in tomorrow's paper on how the college has set a date for fall to go to a totally smoke free campus. I can understand them not wanting people to be standing in front of the main door smoking, but JFC 80% of the students smoke and don't stand by heavily used entrances. Their main reasoning behind it? "Well the hospital recently went smoke free so we should too since it's in the mission statment that we want to support wellness."

Last time I checked this was a fucking college where ADULTS are paying tution to keep the place fucking opened. I'm seriously considering writting a letter of complaint on this issue.

Edit to say: The slipped disc in my neck has decided to be ugly, today. All I did was stretch, and it gave a mighty CRACK, and gave way. What I wouldn't give for a chiropractor, right NOW.
