Like classroom teaching really doesn't suit my personality & outlook, and I need to find some way to get back into special ed. Which is extremely unlikely to happen as long as I'm in MI.

I feel really good.

I had a wonderful day.

It was an easy drive up to Hartland.

I had lunch with an ex-professor who I adore.

I got to hear what my English teacher thought of my final (which was all REALLY GOOD feedback).

I turned in all my crap for this scholarship.

I had dinner and DQ with the boys.

It was a beautiful day, I couldn't have asked for anything more.

Slightly irritated with the free clinic in Lansing. Charles cracked a tooth in half, and now needs it pulled out. Well the free clinic told him that they aren't taking on new patients so he's screwed. It's not like he's asking for a kidney transplant or something, he just wants them to pull out a freaking tooth.

Mixed feelings.

I'm glad to have spoken with my husband on the phone..

..but now, I feel melancholic and empty again, after hanging up. This house doesn't feel like my home anymore, since I know what it's like to have happiness within it-- and now, my only happiness is far away.

I feel like I REALLY need to be there with him, and there isn't a damn thing I can do about it, at the moment. This waiting game is breaking my heart. Each day without him is longer than the next.
